All games at the Mosquito level and above are umpired.  Please remember that we are in the business of training umpires as well as ball players, and exercise a little tolerance with our young umpires. 

Umpires are usually at least one level above the level of game being ump'd.  For example, PeeWee aged umpires can officiate Mosquito level games and so forth.
