REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
To be reimbursed by Aldergrove Minor Baseball complete the form linked below. All submissions must include a detailed receipt including company name, amount paid, items paid for, taxes (if applicable) and total payment amount. Proof of payment must also be included; this can include the point of sale receipt or a copy of your bank statement/credit card statement showing payment (all other transactions can be redacted). Once submitted your claim will be reviewed by the Treasurer and reimbursement completed if approved. Reimbursement may take up to 2 weeks once the claim has been approved.
