WINTER TRAINING HOME PAGE
In 2023 Aldergrove baseball will be taking a new approach to our winter training programs.
We will be offering a more specific training program focusing of the different skills in separate sessions rather than trying to include all skills into every session. This will give players a chance to pick different training sessions based on what they would like to improve on the most. Listed below is how we will break up our winter training and a description of each to give you an idea of what we hope to accomplish this winter.
We have also added a new role for 2023. There is now a specific position that was created to help with our ongoing commitment to developing our young players. Please welcome Brock Rayworth as our first Development Coordinator. The winter program is his first opportunity to help us shape our association for the future. Along with Brock we have Joe Germaine back again with us this year. He will be running all the winter training sessions. Currently we will be working in our batting cages for all sessions. We had hoped to get into a gym but as of now they are still not available to us.
If you have any questions about winter training please email them to Brock by clicking HERE.
To register for any of the training listed below please click on the registration page button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a separate page where you can chose the type of training, the day of the week and the time slot that pits your player. Each session is based on age. Please make sure you are choosing the correct one.
